Our Commitment to Fairness

At RO|OT, we stand behind the science of our Lipo-Drive™ Technology. To ensure fairness to both our committed customers and our business, we offer two distinct types of returns: Standard Returns (for unused items) and our 120-Day Growth Guarantee (for results-based claims).

1. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)

If you have a change of mind, we are happy to accept returns for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.

  • Timeline: You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be sealed and in re-sellable condition.
  • Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. The 120-Day Growth Guarantee (Results-Based)

Biology takes time. We are confident that if you follow the FoliLuxe™ Ritual, you will see a transformation. If you have used the product consistently for 120 days and see no visible improvement, we will refund your purchase.

To qualify for this guarantee, you must:

  • Commit to the Timeline: Use the product for the full 120 days (approx. 4 months). Returns requested before this period will not be accepted under this guarantee.
  • Show the Evidence: As outlined in our challenge guidelines, you must submit dated photos (Day 1, 30, 60, 90, and 120).

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at care@roandot.com so that we can evaluate the issue and send a replacement free of charge.

For damaged items, please include a clear photo of the damage in your email to speed up the resolution.

Refund Processing

Once your return is inspected and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your statement.

  • Credit Cards: Typically 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Typically 3-5 business days.

Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Gift Cards or products that have been opened but do not meet the criteria for the 120-Day Guarantee.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, our 120-day guarantee exceeds this legal requirement.
